We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional training sessions to individuals and companies. Our trainers bring in-depth hands-on and practical industry experience and are committed to providing highly interactive and informative training courses.
For any business which is looking for group training, we can tailor our training package and offer flexible training options based on your organisation’s needs. We are pleased and proud to support local South Australian business.
We conduct training courses across Adelaide and country areas. Please contact administration for the location of upcoming courses. We also offer on-site training for private group bookings, generally with a minimum of 6 participants.
It is the individual's responsibility to confirm which course is suitable for their role and requirements. Please ensure the course meets your needs, and seek clarification from your employer if necessary. We do not recommend specific courses and do not take responsibility for determining which course is most appropriate for you.
Pay for your course in full before the training date, read all information sent to you, complete pre-registration and pre-coursework if required. For any medical conditions, language or learning difficulties, or any other impairments that hinder your ability, please contact us so that we can facilitate reasonable adjustments to support your learning needs.
We will try to send your certificate as soon as possible; however, it may take up to one week after your course concludes.
Participants will have an opportunity to practice their skills during the training session, and will be encouraged to ask questions. A certificate of attendance is issued to all participants upon successful completion of the training.
There will be no refund of course fees if training’s cancellation is less than 7 calendar days before your booking date of the training. In addition, there will be no refund if you do not complete all the components of training successfully including theory and practical. If HealthNsure Training cancels a course for any reason then participants are entitled to take the next training session.

For business clients - if a course is cancelled for any reason by HealthNsure Training, HealthNsure Training is not liable for any costs incurred by our clients e.g. employee wages, bookings, etc. However, HealthNsure Training will facilitate the next training session for their employees. If our client cancels a course then all the expenses, including travel expenses, will need to be paid to HealthNsure Training. To cancel a course, please ensure that you send us an email as soon as possible so that we can cancel the training with the scheduled trainer. This cancellation policy applies to all bookings.

All course and presentation materials cannot be published, copied, or disseminated without prior permission and are for use by students and faculty only.

Our courses provide support staff with the skills and knowledge to assist their clients with different skills such as helping them with medication, and supporting them with diabetes in their daily lives. The courses provide high-quality education to support workers and develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to support medication, side effects, monitoring, and handling contingencies. They do not give any authorisation regarding medication use, care and management of side effects or any other matter relating to the medication by the author or HealthNsure Training and its employees. Therefore, it is the employer’s responsibility to delegate and administer each support worker according to their capabilities to complete the medication task.

Courses offered by HealthNsure Training are not accredited Courses, and provide provide a high-quality approach to developing knowledge, skills and confidence by educating support staff, and encouraging them to comply with the policies and protocols of their employing agency in relation to their duty of providing the best and safest services and quality care for their clients.

HealthNsure Training is committed to safeguarding the privacy of its students, clients, and stakeholders. All personal information is collected, used, and managed in compliance with applicable Australian privacy legislation. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information when delivering our training services.

HealthNsure Training delivers non-accredited training programs, while accredited training services are delivered in partnership with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

HealthNsure Training delivers:

  • Our own training programs and professional development courses
  • Training and assessment services on behalf of Business Wise First Aid Training (Registered Training Organisation – RTO)

Where nationally recognised training is delivered through our partnership, the RTO remains responsible for the quality of training, assessment, and certification.

Training Delivered on Behalf of the RTO

HealthNsure Training may deliver nationally recognised training on behalf of Business Wise First Aid Training (RTO) under a formal partnership agreement.

  • Student information may be shared with the RTO
  • The RTO is responsible for issuing qualifications and statements of attainment
  • Personal information may be used for enrolment, assessment, certification, and compliance reporting

AVETMISS and Government Reporting

For nationally recognised training, personal information may be reported to government agencies through the RTO, including:

  • National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER)
  • Commonwealth, State, or Territory education authorities
  • Regulatory bodies responsible for vocational education and training

This reporting is conducted in accordance with AVETMISS national reporting requirements.

Unique Student Identifier (USI)

Students undertaking nationally recognised training must provide a Unique Student Identifier (USI). The USI allows:

  • Recording of nationally recognised training achievements
  • Access to an official training transcript
  • Verification of qualifications

USI information is managed in accordance with the Student Identifiers Act 2014.

Payments and Third-Party Services

All payments are processed securely through Stripe via our online booking system. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Disclosure of Personal Information

HealthNsure Training may disclose personal information to:

  • Partner RTOs for accredited training
  • Government bodies and regulators where required
  • Third-party service providers (e.g., IT systems, payment providers)
  • Employers or funding bodies where authorised

We do not sell personal information.
